Flower Shows

Throughout the Summer months there are a host of flower shows to enjoy, the Harrogate Spring Flower Show in April is regarded by many as the start of the UK's gardening show season and is followed by the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May and the Hampton Court Flower Show in July, both of which continue to be season highlights and regularly sell out early. Our overnight packages are booked year on year and include entry to the relevant flower show. Extra nights and other gardens can also be added, just ask for details.

Harrogate Flower Shows
Great Yorkshire Showground
(April & September) The famous Valley Gardens are the beautiful setting for these celebrated shows. Magnificent horticultural trade displays and wonderful landscaped gardens are brought from all parts of the country by leading nurserymen.

Spalding Flower Parade

The Spalding Flower Parade was established in 1959 by local growers using the flowers from Tulips grown for bulb production to decorate the floats and has developed into one of the UK's most colourful events.

Malvern Gardening Shows
Three Counties Showground
A celebration of Spring, the show is held in the majestic setting of the Malvern Hills and has as its centrepiece, the magnificent RHS Floral Marquee overflowing with exhibits. At the Autumn show you have the opportunity to view the Midlands Vegetable Society Championships and the Open Gardening competitions in the Harvest Pavilion.

RHS Wisley Garden Show

There is no additional charge to get into the Show once you are in the Garden where some 20 nurseries exhibit in the main marquee alongside the competition and displays staged by the British National Carnation Society.

Hampton Court Flower Show

The majestic Hampton Court Palace provides the perfect backdrop for the world's largest annual flower show. This has around 50 gardens showcasing boh established garden designers and new talent in an array of looks from traditional to contemporary.

RHS Tatton Park

Set in over 20 acres this RHS flower show offers a wealth of gardening opportunities with an exclusive mix of design ideas, horticultural excellence and great shopping. There are several enticing marquees featuring glorious floral displays, the Plant Plaza and the Country Living Magazine Pavilion.

Shrewsbury Flower Show

For more than a century the Shrewsbury Flower Show has been held in a magnificent 29-acre town centre park, marvel at the three million blooms being shown by the nation's top growers plus 11-hours a day of non stop entertainment, with international show jumpers, top military bands and one of the best firework displays to be seen.
