Day 1 - Travel to hotel, the base for this short break.
Day 2 - Burford, Bourton on the Water & Stow-on-the-Wold
A full days excursion visiting the many picturesque villages that make up 'the Cotswolds' such as Burford, once a busy woollen town, Stow-on-the Wold and Bourton on the Water before returning to the hotel in time for dinner.
Day 3 - Westonbirt & Bath
A morning's excursion to Westonbirt Aboretum, a great visit at any time of the year, there's a shop, café, restaurant and plant centre which has a reputation for selling high quality plants - including a large range of unusual trees and shrubs, many of which can be found growing in the Arboretum. The afternoon has then been left free for you to visit Bath.
Day 4 - National Waterways Museum & Sudeley Castle
Start today with a visit to the National Waterways Museum in Gloucester, for many years an important stopping point on the River Severn it is at the museum that you can discover the rich history associated with the area. Also included is a 45 minute boat trip on board the Queen Boadicea II.
Day 5 - Depart hotel and make the journey home.
