Deep in the rolling landscape of Suffolk is the picturesque village of Lavenham, a superb example of a Tudor market town. Renowned for its fine listed buildings, sleepy atmosphere and individual shops it is also home to the Swan Hotel, the base for this tour. Just a short drive away is the village of Steeple Bumpstead, home of Julie Sherry -- better known as the Chocolate Lady - Julie has been a chocolatier for 23 years & has written a best selling chocolate recipe book. Her home-made wares are available to buy, but if you're feeling adventurous, you can pick up a chocolate kit and give one of her recipes a try at home.
