Day 1 - Travel via short sea crossing and drive overnight through France.
Day 2 - Resort
Arrive at your hotel this lunchtime. The rest of
the day is at leisure.
Day 3 - Resort
Today is at leisure in your resort. Discover
the shops, cafés
and beaches at your disposal and make the most of your hotel’s facilities.
Day
4 - Cadaqués & Figueres
Drive to the beautiful seaside village of
Cadaques. Spend some time here just relaxing in the beautiful unspoilt surroundings
before you continue to Figueres, for a visit to the Dali Museum.
Day 5 - Barcelona
Visit the capital of this cosmopolitan region and take in some of the unique
and interesting sights Barcelona has to offer. It is not possible to do everything
so a first time visit should include a stop at Gaudi’s
creation, the cathedral la Sagrada Familia and a walk down the tree lined Rambla.
A stop at the Parc Guell (pictured opposite), will give you the most spectacular
views over the city below. If there is time, stop for a cava tasting on the
way back to your resort.
Day 6 - Resort
At leisure today in the resort to relax,
sunbathe and enjoy the resort and hotel’s superb facilities and amenities.
Day
7 - Pyrenees
Take a scenic drive into the mountains, stopping in one of the
many picturesque villages along the way, such as Castellfolit de la Roca. Dont
forget the camara as there will be some amazing views today.
Day 8 - Local tour
Staying in Lloret: This morning make a visit to the pretty resort of Tossa
and indulge in some last minute shopping before returning to the resort for
an afternoon at leisure.
Staying in Tossa / Roses: This morning visit Girona, which stands on a hill
above the confluence of the Onyar and Ter rivers. Girona has plenty of shopping
opportunities in this beautiful medieval city, whose attraction is heightened
by its river setting, and lovely views of the distant Pyrenees.
Day 9 - Depart after breakfast and journey overnight through France.
Day 10 - Continue homeward via short sea crossing.
